Dog-Ear Poetry #2
At The Found Poetry Review, a contest is going on until October 31, 2013. The challenge? To find poetry in the corner of a page. It’s called dog-ear poetry. Here are some dog-ear poems I found in Earth Abides by George R. Stewart:
I call this one, “When White Became Dirty.” I think that it’s describing the book paper!
We have an ‘old’ theme going on here. I call this one “The Old Soul.”
And another found poem on the theme of, yes you guessed it, ‘oldness.’ I think that George R. Stewart may have been going through a mid-life crisis when he wrote this book! I just call this poem, “The Old.”
